Chef Glenn Taylor Bio
L’eglise fine catering was founded by Executive
Chef Glenn A. Taylor to fill a missing element in the Pittsburgh
Catering and Wedding Scene. L’eglise has taken receptions and
parties to a whole new level. People will remember your party with
its top notch food, upscale electric atmosphere and professional
service.
L’eglise focuses on custom menus. We don’t
tell you what to eat, you tell us what you want to eat. We can provide
a myriad of suggestions, but we prefer you to give us your dream
reception or party and we fulfill that dream.
Our favorite style of service are the multiple grazing
bars, where guest choose from entrées, pastas and hors d’oeuvres
prepared right before their eyes. It provides incredible variety
of flavors and keeps guests mingling. We can do multi-course seated
French service meals, our most elegant form of service, an all tapas
appetizer meal and even a traditional buffet style meal.
